This series consists of "transcripts of sales of public lands prepared by the Secretary of State from Records of U.S. Land Offices." Each entry contains the tract location, the county, the purchaser's name, the date of purchase and certificate number. These records document the role of the Secretary of State in relation to the sale of public land.
